Skill Development for Women, the Underprivileged and those with Special Needs

Digital Education
for Women

We understand the critical role digital literacy plays in today’s world. Our digital education program is dedicated to empowering high school students and women by providing them with essential computer skills needed to succeed in the modern age.

Currently, we run two fully-equipped computer labs, offering tailored courses for middle-school, high-school, and special needs students.

Additionally, our ‘Digital Ishita’ program is designed specifically for middle-aged women, helping them navigate the digital landscape and secure employment opportunities in a technology-driven world.

Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing

To tackle the shortage of opportunities for women in traditionally male-dominated fields, we are launching a comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) training program exclusively for women.

This initiative aims to equip them with the technical skills required to pursue careers in these sectors, breaking barriers and opening new pathways toward financial independence and professional growth. By empowering women in these industries, we hope to create a more inclusive workforce and foster long-term economic empowerment.

Artisan and Handicraft Skills

Arpan Foundation is dedicated to preserving and promoting traditional crafts while ensuring sustainable livelihoods for artisans in rural areas. We work to identify talented artisans, provide them with essential resources, and offer training to refine and enhance their skills when needed.

Once their products are crafted, we collaborate with NGOs and businesses, such as Jhappi—a non-profit platform that showcases rural artisans—and Rajasthan Mahila Kalyan Mandal (RMKM), to market and distribute their work. Through these partnerships, we ensure that artisans receive fair and consistent compensation, helping them sustain their craft and contribute to their communities’ economic well-being.
